In recent years, the term “customer” has evolved into a ubiquitous buzzword, overshadowing its specific meaning. While the word instantly resonates, it has also become limiting. Given that my primary focus lies in interactions themselves, processes, and their enhancement, I intentionally enclose the word 'customer' in parentheses to initiate a shift towards emphasizing experiences, interactions, and relationships. Eliminating the term entirely is unnecessary; enclosing it in parentheses, in my opinion, is more appropriate.
